programs in engineering consistently rank among the best
in the country, and our programs are getting stronger. According
to the 2006 - 07
U.S. News & World Report publication, “America’s
Best Graduate Schools,” Purdue graduate engineering programs
are ranked 6th overall among 168 schools nationwide. That’s
a climb from a ranking of 9th in 2003 and 12th in 2002.
Seven graduate programs are ranked in the top 10 nationally.
Rankings are based on expert opinion from academic peers
and business leaders about program quality as well as statistical
indicators that measure the quality of faculty, research,
and students. |
