Qualifications for MS and MSE degrees

Students with an undergraduate degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited institution qualify for the MSE (Master of Science in Engineering) degree. Students with an undergraduate degree in a closely related area to engineering, such as computer science, mathematics or physics may qualify for the MS (Master of Science) degree. Designated Kelley courses may be applied toward your Purdue degree, with a total of at least 60 credit hours required to obtain both degrees.

Once the student completes 30 credit hours of courses satisfying Purdue requirements, the student is eligible to graduate with the MS or MSE degree from Purdue. At that time the student may begin work on the MBA degree from Kelley.

After completing a total of 60 credits satisfying Kelley requirements, the student will be eligible to receive the MBA degree from Kelley.
